Ideal and excellent unit with very comfortable beds and a nicely laid out bathroom, kind staff. Variety of brilliant food at breakfast time. Good service overall. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Junior Suite and loved how comfortable the bed was. The breakfast had an excellent selection of food, and the cleanliness of the breakfast room was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, providing tips about the city.

The shower took a while to heat up.

exceptionally nice breakfast selection for all tastes with pastries and dishes to be refilled, as example. huge rooms with a king bed and good service. location just next door to shopping area and all the important landmarks in buenos aires and casa rosada.

Had a good stay on visit, glad I've chosen it. I was offered a great breakfast for Argentina...

1:We have booked for another 2 nights,via booking .com,for a normal price.then our priced-room was not available.we got a higher-priced room for the 2 nights,at no charge,which was ok. We have asked before,the price for later check out,the answer:50% of the rate we paid,for 1 night.until 1800pm posssible.then we checked out,at around 1530pm. We where charged 50.00usd + taxes,21 %, It should be clear,next time:50% of the 1 day rate,or 50 USD+tax. 2.it happend to us 3 times:the Hoteldesk ordered a taxi for us.1. taxidriver tried to drive away,without giving some money back,2.taxidriver charged much more than on the meter.3 taxidriver told us,the meter showed 170 pesos,he has no money to give back,we always give tips,so this time,he took 30 pesos tips,we had to check in at the airport. The Hotelstaff should only reserve Taxis from the same company,then we as customers could complain!

The Rooms have a small Kitchen,so its possible to make some Tea,small meals during daytime.The Breakfastbuffet is exceptionel. Staff very friendly and helpfull!

The hotel provided a spacious Junior Suite, but the shower took quite a while to heat up.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my Junior Suite was not functioning properly and was loud when it did activate. I encountered issues with obtaining hot water, especially during peak hours, quite disappointing.

It was in a very good location and close to the hop on hop off bus stop. The staff spoke english which was a big help. They went out of their way to assist us. It was also nice and secure and you could not get in unless you were buzzed in.

This little hotel offers a fantastic base for exploring downtown as it's a quick stroll to popular spots like plaza san martin and the fine teatro colon. There are several cozy cafes just around the corner to relax after a day of walking.

The hotel staff was friendly and they provided excellent service. They introduced good resturants and good sightseeing places.

but the room had only one bathroom for four people. the staff was very professional, and the breakfast had an excellent selection of food! i loved the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room.
